5 losses no living children

My name is sarah im 22 yrs old and have had two first trimester losses 2 neonatal losses and one stillbirth for all different reasons none having to do with me im a health not. I love kids and wanted all my children more then anything. I have had tests done everything has came back normal for me and my dh. I know im young but how i look at it is if im having all these problems now at a young age fertility only gets worse as you get older so im worried i may never be able to take my own child home. This has been a tough few yrs i couldnt handle going through it again but then i cant imagine never having my own kids its devistating for me. We are taking a couple yrs break from trying to give my body a break. Has any one had unexplained losses and went on to ha ing more kids?

My heart goes out to you  and yes it is possible to have baby's after such tragic events I have had 2 losses both within the first trimester I also have 2 live children 1 is 18 years 1 is six years I have multiple health isuess as well as being a survivor  of sexual abuse as a child I have just found out I am expecting again and I am terrified but I believe nature will take it's corsets if my baby lives I will be happy but should I lose a 3rd baby I would brake but go on because I need to for my loved ones I think that should you continue to try you might need to do it with help from genetics and fertility specialists they can test embryos before implantation you would then be less likely to have some of the things happen again  also if there is a case of a weakness with your cervical they can stitch it closed till delivery I had a friend that lost 6 baby's until this procedure was used she went on to have 3 children  I send you my prayers and best wishes you are so young for such heart brake I hope you succeed in all you want ;)

My first pregnancy i was 17 and woke up heavily bleeding i went to the hospitle and i was 7 weels 5 days measuring 6 weeks baby had no heartbeat i went home and miscarried a couple hours later. We weren't sure why it happened but assumed it was a chromosomal reason they would not test since it was my first miscarriage. My second loss everything was great till i did the test for the genetic testing my daughter had turners syndrom and a whole bunch of heart problems and fluid in her lungs i was 19 and her dad left us so i was on my own to make the decision she didn't even have a 1% chance of libing because she had fluid adound her brain heart basically her whole body. At the time i thought that inducing labor was best after multiple trips to the doctors and i wanted other opinions and tests done before deciding i even had an amnio done everything came back that the test was right so i had her when i was 22 weeks i didn't want her to suffer. My 3 rd loss was a missed miscarriage i was measuring perfect 8 weeks 2days but baby had no heart beat it was a month later my body still did not miscarry so after a second opinion and baby still not growing i got a d and c and had the tissue tested. They found out it was turners syndrom again it was a girl. They thought maybe i was a carrier of mosaic turners syndrom so i got a whole bunch of genetic testing done everything was normal. Then i got pregnant with my twins naturally everything was perfect all the genetic tests were normal. Until i turned 18 weeks 5 days my water broke for no reason my cervix was closes and everything. I made it to about 22 in a half almost 23 weeks and went into pretern labor My twins were alive for a couple hours but then passed away. All the doctors say im so healthy and its just bad luck
They said they dont see this happeneing again i really hope it doesn't. I don't want to leave the hospitle alone again

I have 3 beautiful children and am on my 3rd miscarriage now. In fact I just posted for help last night because of the issues I'm having with this miscarriage. I'm very worried for my health. But to help you with your issue  I had a miscarriage in 2002 and in 2003 I found I was pregnant, missed my period and in 2004 my youngest was born. When I found out I was pregnant, when I missed my period and my youngest due date was pretty much identical to the miscarriage dates. Like it was meant to be.

I am so sorry about your losses! You have been through so much :-(

Have you had the tissue tested? When I had my 2nd miscarriage at 9 weeks, I paid privately to get the tissue tested. It's called Karyotyping. When I had my 1st miscarriage I just thought I was unlucky, but with having a second one I was seriously worried. I found out the baby died due to have 69 chromsomes, rather than the normal 46!

It's call Triploidy. Mine was 69XXY Triploidy, my baby was a boy, andf it's so hard having to go through this again. I believe my 1st thing was also due to a chromsomal loss as baby died so early at 5-6 weeks.

I can't imagine how u must be feeling with having 5 miscarriages.

In Jan 2012, I will be having my miscarriages investigated, because I had the Triploidy loss, as myself and my husbabd might be a carrier, meaning there is something wrong with our genetics, but normally nothing is wrong, only 5% are due to a partner having a problem with genetics. I suppose I will find out soon though.

One of my friends had 5 losses, she lost them after 20 weeks, but never went full term and give birth, and now she is almost due.

I wish i could offer more advice & i feel so sad for u as I know how hard it is.

My Prayers are with me. I am almost 31 and have no kids, been trying since the age of 29, it's so sad that we have to go through this pain.

Love Rachel x
