Am I Having a Second miscarriage

I had a blighted ovum last year.  With that pregnancy I intially felt some pregnancy symptoms:tired, sore breats.  
This time I shouid be about 5w5days pregnant.  I intially (4-5 weeks) felt very sore breasts, nausea, tired, more frequent urination....and I was really excited thinking with more pregnancy symptoms this time that things would go well.
Over the weekend I felt a decrease in pregnancy symptoms and now none at all.  Also had very light brown spotting for two days. Is this a sign of another blighted ovum/miscarriage?  I will be going for an ultrasound next week. I really feel like I'm no longer pregnant but want to hold out hope.
