A lot of the time, early miscarriage is unavoidable... If you are trying to conceive, the best thing you can do is to start taking your vitamins now, stop smoking, eat a balanced diet, get plenty of sleep, cut back on things like caffeine and alcohol (cut it out completely if you want), light exercise regularly... You cannot prevent early miscarriages but you can do things to reduce your risk I guess but even then a lot of the time it happens to women who do take care of themselves and the abnormalities are present from conception... If you have a history of low hormones, you might be able to start taking supplements once you are pregnant to balance this...
