Also many people don't have a peak in temp until after ovulation so it is a good idea just to BD every other day from the time after your AF stops to really make sure you catch it!  There is a book called "Taking charge of your fertility" you should find.

I believe your question is about charting the BBT (Basal Body Temperature). I did it when I was trying to concieve.
You need a Basal Body Thermometer which can be bought at a drug store for about $20. Then start taking temps every morning at the same time even before you keep your feet on the floor. Make sure to keep the thermometer near the bed and as soon you open yr eyes in the morming and reach over and your temp. Body movements can affect the temps that's why you need to take the temp without any body movements.
Initially the chart really does not make sense, but by the 2nd month the charts really starting give an idea when you are ovulating.
On the chart you will notice a peak in temp and the next day a sharp drop. When you see the peak that's when you should start BDing.
You can record the temp on a Ovulation Tracker on MH.

On a side note; I used OPKs (Ovulation Predictor Kits) along with the BBT to get a more accurate Ovulation..

Good Luck and Lots of Baby Dust to you!!!
