Blighted ovum misdiagnose

Hi, I have a question have any of you mommas out there been misdiagnosed with a blighted ovum or know anyone who has and ended up with a healthy baby? I was diagnosed with one last Saturday (2/13/16) my beta levels even dropped 1000 but it's been a week and I haven't had any cramps, bleeding or symptoms of possible miscarriage. Please help with any advise or comments

It could be possible that your body hasn't began to miscarry yet. If your levels have dropped by 1000 already, that's not a good sign unfortunately. Not all miscarriages happen right away either.
