Could I possibly be having another miscarriage?

Last year around the exact time I became pregnant, it was my 2nd pregnancy. Around my 5th week I felt strange, had extreme nausea that lasted only a few days and every other symptom vanished. At 8 weeks I hadon't an ultrasound and it came out it stopped growing at 6 weeks.

This time I am pregnant, my 3rd one, and this week I had the same symptoms as last year.  I tried calling my doctor to voice my concern abut the possibility of any mis carriage but his staff ignored my plea of speaking with him, instead they told him I had morning sickness so he sent a rx for it. Today I have no more symptoms, MO chest soreness, no nausea, no bloated/tight stomach. Could I have possibily had another miscarriage? I will be going to his office next week but I am really concerned and scared that it happened again.
