Did my baby just die? No bleeding (at least not yet)

Hey, I just went through a day of feeling almost as if I had the flu (but no fever). I was vomiting up stomach acid with some pinkish/white mucus, as well as having severe diarrhea. Both are severe enough that I have a mess trailing from my bedroom to my bathroom where I couldn't run fast enough to make it in time (gross I know, and I was so sick I couldn't even clean it up). I found out I was pregnant a month and a half ago, and believe that I was about 4 weeks along at the time. Unfortunately I have not gotten to the doctor because of some very irritating complications in getting medical insurance. This is another reason I am so concerned. I just need to know what the possibilities are that I just had my baby die, and if I need to prepare for a miscarriage. I have also had some minor cramping and lower back pain with a slight headache (Which could be from slight dehydration). I have NOT had any bleeding or spotting. I have managed to eat some apple and drink a little, but don't want to set it off again. Please, I need to know if it's possible I just lost my baby, and how high those chances are.
I did have to walk 2 miles to work about 9 hours before this started because there was no one available to cover my shift. I had mild nausea then, but felt fine after eating some protein and carbs, though most of that came back up after this started.

Thankyou for your response. Since I have not gotten to the doctor yet I was not sure what to expect, and the severity of my symptoms had me worried. I knew I was probably overreacting, but didn't want to take that chance.
Thanks again!

No, I don't think your baby died.  I think you had diarrhea, and you have been vomiting.  Neither of those is the exit for a baby nor do either of those suggest a miscarriage.  Next time the runs hit, pick up a pack of Depends for those emergency rushes to the bathroom, it saves a whole lot of cleanup.  :)

Take care, again those symptoms are not what would happen in a miscarriage.  You'd bleed, you'd cramp strongly.
