Do I have a high risk of miscarriage?

I was born with gastroschisis (borm with your intestines outside of your body). Everything was fine. When I was six, I had surgery to remove the dead scar tissue underneath my original scar. Since then, my stomach has sunk in in the middle. I cannot gain weight whatsoever in the middle of my stomach. It is also extremely hard around the scar. I'm just curious if I will be able to carry a child full term since I cannot gain weight. Thanks for any and all help.
