HCG levels after miscarriage

Is it possible, if my hcg levels were low to begin with, for my hcg level to drop to -1 3 days after miscarriage? Also, if I was pregnant with twins, is it possible that I miscarried one and having an ectopic pregnancy with the other??

I am awaiting my HcG results one day after passing everything.  I am curious what they are this soon after the miscarriage.  Either way, my doctor told me to wait for one full cycle before trying again.

After you have a miscarriage your hormones get all crazy so they can be low or really high.
