HCG levels drops

My hcg levels on first test was 6883 and progesterone is 7.59.  They also did an ultra sound and found nothing.  the second test on the hcg level was 5740. What does this indicate?

PLEASE HELP ME??? IVE BEEN GETTING MY HCG LEVELS CHECKED EVERY TWO DAYS FIRST THEY WERE52 CONFIMING PREGNANCY. THEN THEY ROSE TO 115 THEN TODAY THEY WERE ONLY 151 WHEN THEY WERE MEANT TO BE DOUBLING? WHATS HAPPENING TO ME?

In Early pregnancy HCG levels are suppost to double every 48-72hrs, My sister in law had very slow rising HCG levels and now my nephew is 6months old ( a nice sucess story for you) When HCG levels decline more than twice that is a confirmed miscarriage, If they go up a little then dip and so on that is indication of an ectopic pregnancy.

Any loss of pregnancy is hard, my thoughts and prayers are with you ladies.
