Has anyone had a miscarriage due to their thyroid?

I am 20 years old and have been with my boyfriend for 4 years. About a month ago we found out we were expecting. A few days later I was bleeding and went to the er, I was miscarrying. I later went back to the doctor to find out my tsh levels were 56. I found out I had Hashimotos disease 2 years prior. I'm looking for information and some hope on this. We really want to have a baby, and please don't give me the I'm still young talk. Thank you!
