Havent felt movement since fight...

Im not sure if this is a miscarriage post but im just worried about the state im in.
Im 25 weeks pregnant with my first baby and yesterday got in a physical fight with a family member. I dont understand why he had to grab me and start but he did knowing that im pregnant. I havent felt my baby kicking since yesterday and I have some pain. I also ran out of breath badly right after that incident. Has anyone went thru something like that and it cause a miscarriage?
