I am in so much pain!

Went in last friday to the obgyn and they did an ultrasound and they said they could no hear the babys heart beat. The doctor said the baby died around 6 weeks.  The doctor told me I could do it the natural way or have a d&c.  I chose the natural way. I started bleeding that night no bad cramps and now I am getting terrible cramps like I could pass out.  I have summer school classes going on and this is not helping.  Can I call the obgyn and ask for pain killers?  Can they call it in to a pharm?  I don't want to drive the whole way there to the obgyn and go up stairs to get the prescription...I'm in too much pain.  This pain I can't even expain hurts so bad.  It calms down and then it gets bad again.  EKKKKKKKKKK

I wasn't given pain meds for my mc's however, I do know of others who were. I would call and see if they can call you something in.

When I miscarried, I was just told to take Extra Strength Tylenol, and drink plenty of clear fluids and lay down.

I would call your doctor and see what they will do. I would think they would call something in. Either that or send you to the ER.
