I need answers ladies please read

i had a miscarriage in november got a d&c and 49 days later on dec 26th I started my first cycle. my husband and i only had intercourse on january 17th and january 31st then 3 days later on february 2nd I had back cramps and i started to spot light pink when i wiped, it was not at all heavy nor enough over the next 3 days for a panty liner so i just thought it was breakthrough bleeding and was praying to start so i can track my ovulation this month and finally be able to try again after my 2nd cycle. Well it is now feburary 8th and the bleeding stopped after 2 days on feburary 4th. It wasn't even bleeding it was light pink watery and if i stuck tissue up there itd be a little red so i kept thinking i was about to start but now im not at all spotting and i took a test this morning and it said negative. I have a dr appointment for monday to get answers.... i'm a little dizzy but i also woke up with a cold so i dont know if its just because of my cold. I am on day 44 today and the spotting only lasted 2 1/2 days on day 38 day 39 and day 40 could it of been ovulation bleeding? I took a preg test and it said negative is there still any way? :(

I would wait a week and take another test or when you go to the dr ask them to do a blood test. That way you will know for sure

I am in the same situation.I had a miscarriage in nov,had d and c and 4 weeks later got my 1st period. Which was a normal cycle,then the next cycle was really bad and was so heavy. We have been ttc since after my d and c but this cycle is so light, I thought it could be implantation bleeding,as I calculated when I was ovulating took a test every single day so I didn't miss my window. Then I started to spot afew days before af.It would only happen when I would wipe. Light pink,as the days progressed I stuck tissue up and red,but nothin on pad. I thought it was on its way but here I am 5 days of spotting and about 10 negative pregnancy tests and the lightest af I have ever had. I have excepted that it is my af but I looked through so many of these forums hoping I was pregnant again and it was just spotting. I've given up on this month... onto the next.. I hope all works out for you soon xxx
