Is it possible to ovulate 11 days post D&C?

At 7 and a half weeks pregnant i began spotting, had a scan which showed no heartbeat and a measurement of 6.5 weeks. 2 weeks later i had a D&C, now 11 days post D&C i took an ovulation test out of interest and its come back saying i'm ovulating, is this really possible? this early? Any comments and advice will be greatly appreciated!

If your hcg level is back to under 5 it is very possible you are ovulating!!

My doctor told me that It was quite possible that i could ovulated as soon as 2 weeks after a d&c...  I was 12 weeks at the time and my hcg levels took aweek and half to 2 weeks to drop after the d&c so i think i actually ovulated 4 weeks after my d&c based on bodily signs.

but yes it is quite possible for you to be ovulating so soon!  Good luck

Hcg is the pregnancy hormone in your blood. The only way to test the level and know exactly what the number is, is by getting a blood test. I had a natural m/c so my doctor wanted to monitor my levels to make sure I passed everything. I had blood work done once to twice a week for 5 weeks before my levels finally went back to zero.
