I had my  copper 10 yr iud removed sept.12  since sept 20 th I've been having almost every single sign and symptom of pregnancy except morning sickness ...my period was suppose to start the 28 th but didnt. I'd taken at least 6 tests all negative from the 29th to the 2nd . October 3rd I started cramping really hard and bleeding and since have not stopped either. Is it possible to have had a miscarriage? My cramps have never lasted this long before for just my period.... Help:(

bleeding in early pregnancy is considered to be implantation bleeding and it is lighter than ur normal period .But that could be early miscarriage alo coz u mentioned u are cramping hard with bleeding.i will recommend to see Doctor.Early miscarriage is common and generally happens due to chromosomal abnormalities.But my advise to meet Doc to confirm.
