JUST WONDERING

I was at work and I had missed my period due date but I saw a embryo pass and fell in the toilet and than my period came, was this an early miscarriage? or just a late period?

How far past your period were you?  If you were in the early weeks of pregnancy and had a miscarriage, your periods would be just heavier than normal and you wouldn't have an embryo or anything noticable to pass.

I was 3 weeks but the embyo was was shaped just like an embryo, It drop to the bottom of the toilet. I wanted to scoop it out but It was too far down in the toilet. I am confused. if it was a miscarriage or the baby did not implant itself to my uterus.

Three weeks late for your period?  If it was a pregnancy you would have been considered about 6-7 weeks (the baby at about 4-5 weeks gestation.

If so the embryo would have only measured about 1/8th of an inch.  WAY too tiny for you to have seen or recognized.

Did you have a positive HPT or blood test?  If this episode was recent (a few days) you would still get a positive HPT.  Take one & if it is +, go see your Dr.  S/he will do blood work to make sure your HCG levels go back down to 0 to make sure you don't develop an infection.

Miscarriage or heavy period, you most likely passed a clot, part of the uterine lining.  

BTW, the fertilized egg implants 6-12 days after ovulation, about a week BEFORE your period is due.

Oh, This happened in Oct of 2008, i have a diff problem now, i was just wondering what that was? Oh I am 4 days late but hpt says neg, what is going on. I had ovulation bleeding around the 9-11, my period was due on the 25th. my doc says indeed it was ovulation bleeding, don't know what to do.
