Late period 3 months after ectopic pregnancy

Hi all I had laproscopic surgery for an ectopic pregnancy on Jan 14. Since then had pretty normal cycles. Had my first period 17 feb and then had 27 day cycle followed by 25 day cycle. On 2nd of may I had spotting at first I thought it was my period but it was just spotting. Since then I have been having really bad lower stomach pains ( more painful on the side where ectopic was) did a blood test to see if I'm pregnant but was negative. I would really appreciate any insight. I am now 4 days late

I normally have a 33 day cycle, and after my miscarriage, my cycles were much shorter.

1 cycle was 21 days, 2nd cycle 24 days, 3rd cycle 26, and my 4th cycle has now returned to 33 days as before. I was getting worried, as I thought I was late but seems am back to my original cycle.

Sometimes cycles can be alittle delayed and that's normal.

Might be a good idea to see a doctor for peace of mind if ur concerned.
