Miscariage sac not passing

I think im going through a miscariage,had heavy bleeding last nite with blood clots but no pain,2day bleeding is lighter,i can feel the sac when i put my finger in my virgina!iv had a miscariage before 2months ago and after heavy bleeding the sac passed,im jst wondering why is not coming out now?

first time I miscarried I passed a sack, the now I just had in nov I dint only small clots, I think most of it desolved/broke up before I started bleeding, but my bleeding only lasted 8 days I would be concerned that your bleeding for so long, I would be trying to see your doctor soon or go to the hospital and get checked out

3 weeks of bleeding seems like a long time.  I hope you can see your doctor soon.

I havnt seen my dr yet,bt m stil bleeding its been 3wks nw

Have you called your doctor?  I'm not sure why you're not passing everything, but you really need your doctor to check you out.  I'm sorry you're going thru this again.
