Miscarriage??? Help please!

Ok I don't know why I'm doing this... I don't want another baby now but maybe I'm reliving my last miscarriage which was hard or ... I just need to know... Anyways I had unprotected sex the last week of March, April 1st I recieved a Depo shot. My period started on 5/2 Saturday and Monday cramps hurt so bad I soaked in tub. After I got out tissue feel on the floor, it was 5-6 in long and 1-2 inches wide. Most was red but some was off whitish color... It was NOT a blood clot it was tissue. It fell out despite the faact I had a tampon in. After that the pain left and I've been bleeding just a bit with minor pain. I was exhausted and couldn't sleep. I ended up vomiting some. Was this a miscarriage or from the Depo shot? Please don't tell me to go to doc. they made me feel stupid last time I had a miscarriage and I won't go back. And for the record I had no preg signs and neg. preg test BUT when I was pregnant with my last son I had + home preg test and doctors said I was not. Which of course they were wrong. I guess I would just like to know what happened. Thanks so much!!!

I have no idea what it would be, but if you had sex at the end of March and got pregnant the embryo and sac certainly wouldn't be 5 inches long.  That's not what it was.

I know it can be very frustating when you are trying to find answers from a Doctor.  Sometimes they can make us feel very ignorant.  I dont know why.  Some doctors are wonderful and some are just plain mean and arrogant.  I have been treated by both types.

NO doctor has the right to belittle you or mistreat you. One of the best things this country has to offer is its medical treatments and options, take advantage of that now.  I know you do not want to go to a doctor, but I dont think we can tell you what is happening to your body and you may need medical attention.
If its possible I think you should find a new doctor or go to the ER and hold your head up and speak your mind.
