So I had a miscarriage may 6-17 hcg level was 105 I'm now pregnant again 5-6 weeks 2000 pregnant I'm just scared to miscarry again I my stomach has weird pains under stomach on left side sometimes pains in belly button? Is this normal

The levels don't drop over night. A week later its still going to show levels..but lower. As far as I know. I have a gene that causes miscarriages. So I'm not running to hospitals or grabbing prego tests. It happens my body clears it.. menstrual is way late. Best wishes
