Miscarriage or Subchorionic Hematoma?

Miscarriage or Subchorionic Hematoma?

I am the Mom of two beautiful boys who I had perfect pregnancies with (my youngest is 14 months). In January I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks that started with painless red bleeding then more bleeding and lots of horrible cramps. I had another one in March that was the same way.

A couple weeks ago I got a BFP (should be ABOUT 12 weeks or so, my 3rd baby hopefully) and was excited but cautiously so. Two days ago I started bleeding a lot of bright red blood but with absolutely no pain and no clots or anything, just a lot of blood. I know that miscarriages can be different each time and for each person and I also know that no one can tell me for sure except a doctor and an ultrasound of course but I'm just looking for opinions and personal experiences. Personally, I have not had a miscarriage that has been painless like this bleeding has been and also in my other miscarriages my belly instantly felt less firm and not "full" anymore if that makes sense.

Maybe it's just wishful thinking but I still feel pregnant and my belly is still as firm as it was in the past few weeks so I'm just wondering if this could of possibly just been a fairly bleed/blood clot and not a miscarriage like my other two.
