Miscarriage or no?

Ok so i found out i was pregnant back in feb of 09 it is now august i would of had my baby in october...the doctor i went to did a urine preg test and said it came back negative they then sent me to get blood work done and it came back positive, every urine test the doctor gave me was neg but the blood work was positive everytime, the doctor jst basically told me that i was having a miscarriage but i didnt have any of the symptoms of one barely any bleedin no cramps or pains, now in august i would be 32 weeks about and i jst started getting extreme back pain, lower abdominal pain, etc... keep in mind iam over weight and was wonderin if there was a possibility that i could still be pregnant and not know it? i did a lot of research online about plus size women and pregnancies and its harder for some one of my size to feel the baby kick or any movement but for the past few weeks i have been feeling a pulse in my lower stomach...i dont know wat to think any more and was wondering if any one had any answers...i go to bed with extreme back pain and wake up in the middle of the night with weird stomach pains...not sure wat to think or do any more and tired of being turned down by doctors...any help?

Yeah this didnt do anything they said that im probably jst having phantom symptoms and i should rest so the pain would go away but here in connecticut the doctors are too lazy to do their job

Did you go to the doctor to find out what is going on yet?

thanks...im not sure if its jst me or wat, i have occasional bleeding every now and then but there are things called blood pools in your uteran wall and sometimes movement causes them to burst and have you bleed...not sure either if its jst my subconscious messin with my head or wat but its driving me crazy and i started noticing a few months back these pulse sensations only on the lower left side of my stomach...im tired of going to the doctors and not getting any answers the doctors in this state are lazy and dont do their job the way they were trained to do

i was due in october too :( its going to be a hard month for alot of people!

I agree with dmolina go to the hospital, if they think your pregnant they will give you an hcg text and most likely an u/s depends on the hospital.

If I would you, I would go to the hospital and tell them your having back and stomach pains and when they ask you if your pregnant tell them there is a possibility. Have you had a period since you had the "miscarriage"?

Also to add to my question above, i read online that if your having a miscarriage the doctor will tell you to wait a week and return and they will do an ultrasound to see if your body had a miscarriage on its own and if it didnt they tell u to return the next day and they do D & C this happend to my friend, but the doctor never told me to come back he never did an ultrasound or anything to find out wats wrong thats why im most worried...
