Miscarriage

How wud I no of I'm having a miscarriage or my period ?? On the 5 of sept I started bleeding started off brownish red then jus red blood then brown I had bad cramps to. I was suppose to get my period on the 16 but didn't then the 20th I stated bleeding again had bad cramps and backaches. But bfor all this me and my boyfriend did have sex a few times and those few times he came in me so idk if I could b pregnant or not took a test nd it was negative. A while back we was having sex he bust in me I thought I was pregnant but I wasn't that happened a few times so I thought I couldn't have kids need help please any one

two days ago i began having severe pressure in my lower back and abdoman and then when i went to get out of bed to go to the bathroom blood just started flowing like niagra falls.  I could not move until it stopped.  could i have possibly have had a miscarriage.

it could be.. if you weren ot that far along, you may not notice the tissue...  Blood clots are pretty abnormal for a regular cycle.  my doctor said you can tell if a blood clot contains tissue if you squish it apart..  it will be like stingy/ not fulyl come apart if there is tissue in it.  On that note, if you have already passed alot of clots, there may be no tissue left.

My periods have been perfect all my life. (Well if there is such a thing).  But this one had been different. It stopped just when it was supposed to. Then started again the day after it stopped.It stopped again and started another day later. Stopped again and now I am on my period again. Could this be a miscarriage? I am not sure if it is too early to tell. But i am not passing gray matter. Just like little blood clots and brownish looking stuff. Any help if appreciated!?

if it was an early miscarriage where you never had a positive test or blood work then honestly you will never now if that is what it really was or not there is no way to tell
