Miscarriage?

I went in to the doctors to hear my baby's heartbeat when I was 11 weeks pregnant and they didn't hear anything. Is this a sign of a miscarriage or was it maybe just too soon to tell? This is my first pregnancy.

did you see the baby or the heartbeat on ultrasound?? sometimes because of the position of the baby the heartbeat is difficult to hear but at 11 weeks you should definitely hear a heartbeat

The doctor said that everything looked healthy and to come back in two weeks. And I just assumed. I thought that I was right with my dates but the more I think about it the more I feel like I could be wrong about the dating and I could be at a lower week than I think.

You were confirmed 11 weeks pregnant, or just assumed? Because I assumed I was 8 weeks pregnant when really I was only 5 weeks. But you should definitely be able to hear a heartbeat by 11 weeks. Did the doctor inform you, or seem concerned?

By 11 weeks you should definitely hear the heartbeat and see a baby.
