Miscarriage

I'm right at 7 weeks and experiencing a miscarriage. How long does the cramps and bleeding typically last?
Also, how long should I take off work? I have a very demanding job which requires standing for long periods of time.

Sorry for your loss...I was off two weeks, but that was because u should wait until it passes...mine hadn't passed after a week so I had to have a D&C. When your job requires u to stand a lot, it's best u stay off until your body is ready! Standing all day on concrete is not good after a miscarriage! I wish u the best!

So far only bleeding and the cramps earlier were pretty severe...thank you for your support

Have you lost the baby? Is the baby out? For me i was cramping until the fetus was out and bleeding for a like a week....sorry for you lost...and bout work im not sure i went back after a week...but not aure on the one. My doc told me as soon i felt ok..which i did right away but not emotionally...hope this ends soon for you
