Miscarried

I am/was 7 weeks & 5 days pregnant but I have had what I believe to be a miscarriage. Yesterday afternoon I started spotting as the day progressed it got heavier with minimal pain. When I laid down to go to bed out began to get worse. Thru the night I had severe cramping & heavy bleeding. It woke me out of my sleep it hurts so bad. Around 3am I felt the urge to urinate while trying to go I passed a clot about the size of a golf ball. I looked like liver with a clear kettle sak attached. From there the pain intensified but the bleeding stopped. Is this normal or should I seek professional help?

I'm sorry typo the clot looked like liver with a jelly like sack attached. The thing that worries me is that I haven't bled since it passed or shortly after but I'm in a lot of pain. I don't normal cramp when I my period & this makes me afraid.I think I'll be making a trip to the ER here shortly
