I agree with mikaleen. I would def give your dr a call. Having a natural m/c or a d and c does not matter. Most wome have affected cycles due to the trauma that your body goes through. It is always good to get your blood down to zero so you can save yourself some unnesecessary heartache over getting a false positive. It is possible to become pg without getting your first period after a m/c. Best wishes to you and good luck.

Did your Dr. follow your HCG levels down to pre-pregnancy levels?  It's always possible to get pregnant again immediately following a m/c, but if it hasn't even been 4 full weeks yet, and having a positive test a week ago, along with still bleeding makes me wonder if you still have HCG left in your system from your last pregnancy.  Your best bet is to call your Dr. and schedule 2 HCG draws 48 hours apart, to see whether your levels are rising as expected to indicate a new pregnancy, if they are staying steady, or if they are still dropping.  I am sorry for your loss, and I hope you have a healthy pregnancy soon.
