Hello and sorry for all your losses as to answer your question Allie I counted from the day i stoped bleeding from my m/c if your bleeding hasn't stopped still count the week you m/c'd because when my bleeding stopes after the 6 day of my m/c and I got preg rigt away with no period, that's what they went by. The reason for this is because you ovulate after your level drops to zero within days. Hope that helped :) GL to you all
Hello,
I am so sorry for both of your losses. Its hard, but only time can heal our pains in our hearts. I also don't agree that its normal to bleed during any stage of pregancy. This way my 2nd pregnacy & I didnt bleed or have any pain, I have an 8 yr old who was super excited when we told her she was going to be a big sister.
Today almost 8 weeks after my miscarriage I am still spotting (with no pain), (somedays its bright red & it was getting dark red to brownish). Last night was the first time that my husband & i had intercouse (its been over 3 months) but today I started to get abominal pain, along with bright blood, could this be my period?
HCG levels are 0 (as of friday-7 weeks 1 day after miscarraige), am I suppost to count 4-6 weeks from the day I had my miscarriage or from when my HCG dropped down to 0? So confused about that ): Plz help! I keep calling the doctor, but she says it normal and to give it time...how can all this be noromal?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!??!?!?!??!?!?!?
What can I do for all this jst to go way???
Allie--- First of all im so sorry about your lost! I too miscarried at 19 weeks in January. I went thru the labor and delivered him naturally and everything was fine with me and baby and they don't kno why it happend. I also was bleeding since I was 14 weeks. and my doctor said sometimes ppl just bleed. (which I don't agree with) But I started my period exactly 4 weeks after the miscarry and it has been normal ever since. I bleed for only 5 days after the miscarry and then spotted for a few days. I hope everything is going as good as it can for you!!
Hello Allie, I am sorry to hear about your loss. I had a natural miscarriage as well and got my period 5 weeks later. My doctor told me, since I am usually regular with my periods, it would take 4-6 weeks for my period to come back. Every person is different so it may take longer for some than others. I've also heard that it is possible to get pregnant again sooon after a miscarriage so you may not get a period at all in that case. Best of luck to you.
