New pregnancy?

I had a miscarriage on 2/22 and my HCG level is still at 10 as of April 8.  I did a urine test at the dr's office same day on April 8 with negative result.  Today, 4/13 I did a home pregnancy test and it's positive.  What's this mean?  is there a difference from the urine test given at the lab and urine test at home?

As explained previously, the only way to know if it is a new pregnancy or not is to have a repeated blood test and see if hCG levels are rising or not.

HCG 10 April 8 - had urine pregnancy test at the lab and it was negative

HCG unknown April 13 - had urine pregnancy test at home using EPT digital and it was positive

New pregnancy or still from miscarriage??  I'm too nervous to go to the clinic.  It's 3:00 am and i can't sleep.

If you has a miscarriage on 22nd February then by mid March your hCG levels would be back to normal. I would say this would likely a new pregnancy - but a VERY early one.

Only way to know for sure is to have a blood test repeated and see if hormone levels are rising - if they are then this is a new pregnancy.
