Painful Sex after Miscarriage

I had a m/c in Dec 2012. Ever since,,sex has been very painful for me. Has anyone ever experienced this? I also notice that I am having a hard time urinating too it takes longer to get going. Any suggestions. I don't have an infection.

That happened to me I misscariage nov 18 the pain lasted for a month and I didn't had any infections either.  My doctor told me that it was Normal
