Period for 2 weeks with bad cramps before during and after

hello everyone . i have had heavy bleeding with blood clots for almost 3 weeks it stopped last night i have had cramps before during and after . i dont know of i was pregant or not .. my friends think i may have had a miscarge but im unsure .. i am goin to doc on tuesday ... please help
