Pregnancy after 2 miscarriages

Is there anyone who has a success story? Yesterday, I suffered my second miscarriage at 19 weeks. The doctors ran all kinds of tests but found no cause. When the time is right, I wanna try again but I'm afraid. Can anyone give me some hope?

I'm so sorry for your loss. It must be awful to get through the first trimester and then have a miscarriage.
My therapist had 3 miscarriages and went on to have 2 successful pregnancies and is pregnant again at age 43--so it's possible. I, too, just found out I miscarried sometime between last Tues and yesterday.  It's my second miscarriage as well.
I know it's different for everyone but my therapist's experience definitely gives me hope.
She did use fertility drugs to make sure she got a "good" viable egg--she said at one point she had 13 follicles and went on to have one baby.  But that may be because she was older (she was 39 at the time).
Is your dr doing testing to see if it was a possible genetic issue?  If it's not that, they can do blood tests to check for immune issues as well.
