Pregnant-post miscarriage??

I recently had a miscarriage, about four weeks ago, and a d&c almost two weeks ago. My fiancé and I waited the recommend one week post op, and had sex one week after the surgery. While we are not actively ttc, we did not use any kind of protection either. I am now six days post unprotected, and am feeling extremely pregnant. Is this possible or am I crazy!? I am extremely tired, just feel out of it, like my head is a little dizzy, and I'm extremely nauseous. I even got sick a few times last night, fell asleep when J got home and could play with our two year old, slept for an hour, woke up getting sick. ANY advice would be great!! Thanks!

Haven't heard back about fFridays levels...grrrr. But I took a test early yesterday morning and it was defiantly positive, but faint. I called my ob and asked about it, they said my levels should have completely dropped by now and they want me to test again at the end of the week! I am a little bloated, so so tired, and have this constant nasty nasty taste in my mouth. Nothing really sounds good to eat either. I wish I just knew! J is leaving on a business trip in the morning, so maybe I'll have exciting news when he gets home?! Thanks for asking ribaby15!!

I went and had my levels checked yesterday and they'll be back in a few days, but they told me if I wanted, I could take a test and then another one again this morning and see if the line was darker? They said it's not a gaurenteed way, but it does show something.  I took a test last night, and at first it was negative and I looked again like 5-10 minutes later and it had the faintest positive line. I took one again this morning and it was positive, just a faint line. But darker than last nights. I guess I need to just take another one in 10 days- two weeks?

You cant classify it as a period until you go a full 2wks without any spotting or bleeding. It's hard to say because there's conflicting evidence... Some people say you're really fertile after a M/C... But then some Dr's say you might not ovulate right away.
I waited and had my 1st period after my m/c & d&c and we started right away after Oct 19th and I didn't get a positive til a day before my period was due Jan 5th.

No I havent! If I'm basing my period start date off of my D&C date then I would be ovulating now. I'm going to get my levels checked this afternoon, so we will see! I guess if they have gone up then yes I am? Part of me wants that positive so badly, but I'm also so scared of it happening again :/ thanks for your advice!

COULD be the hormones still in your body.
I've had 3 miscarriages, and the last one was at 16wks, and after I delivered him, 2 days later I had a D&C because of retained placenta.
My boobs started leaking a week later, etc.
BUT, I also found I got CRAZY pregnancy symptoms when I was ovulating. Tired, sick, crampy, etc.
Have you had a period yet? could be that aunt flow is coming soon
