Sign of infection after D&C

I had a D&C on May 28th at 12 weeks pregnant due to a blighted ovum and stopped bleeding completely by the 30th.  Hubby and I became intimate 5 days after the D&C and have been intimate every night since.  This morning I woke up and wiped and had a yellowish-brownish discharge.  It went away, but I have been feeling pretty crampy for about a week.  It is an off and off crampy and it is horrible after sex.  Is this a sign of an infection?  My OB dismisses my concerns (I was bleeding through a tampon and pad during my miscarriage every 10 to 15 minutes for 2 days and she told me it was normal) and I was almost admitted to the hospital for low blood pressure (82/43) due to the blood loss.

I too was told not to do anything for a good 3 wks. I would think you have an infection as well.
btw...how are you handling your Blighted Ovum? I had one back on March and for some reason I am very upset about it now....

I was told not to use tampons & no baths through my mc and not to have sex until bleeding stops due to cervix is open and the risk of infection.   said i could take a bath after 1 week still no tampons until my next period. and sex after the bleeding stops...aprrox 10 days.... yes i would say u would be a good candidate for infection.. go see DOCTOR...................................
