So so scared and very confused

Hi I have previously had a healthy pregnancy and blood clot probs after birth then a miscarriage then an ex prem, I found out few weeks back I was pregnant and I was 10 weeks 4 days I had about half a teaspoon of brownish discharge all day Thursday, but as my son was in hospital anyway nurses said to get checked at a and e so went down they took bloods an blood pressure bit high but went down alittle while i was there sent me to ward to be checked they didn't examine me at all but said come back next day for scan, so went back she done scan but said she needed to do an internal scan to get a closer look , she done that but baby measured in the 8th week but no heart beat visible, my periods in few months prior had been about a week late each time I still feel pregnant sore boobs indigestion getting really bloated end of the day  tired and weeing a lot, I'm not convinced baby has died, but worried its hope rather than instinct had odd back ache and cramps since she poked about but no bleeding at all since tiniest about on the Thursday could it just be a mistake they have made?

I had a similar situation. I was spotting/light bleeding so I went to the doctor. They found a heartbeat at 5-6 weeks and was told I was one of the women who just bleeds during pregnancy. I went back to the doctor because the spotting hadn't stopped. At that point they didn't find a heartbeat. The baby should have been 8-9 weeks. I had the miscarriage and passed the baby. I would have been 11-12 weeks this week. Hoping the best for you.
