Spotting or Miscarrying?

Hello,
So this is my first pregnancy and quite frankly, I'm a nervous wreck.
When I wipe, I notice a bit of blood, this has happened three times now.
I'm 6 weeks pregnant, is this normal?
Or does this mean a miscarriage?

Ushould go to er straight away... It could be nothing or could be anything.. When i had on/ off spotting last yr i ended up in mc... But some ladies has on/off spotting through out their pregnancy n give birth to healthy baby... U need to get hcg levels tested n u/s...
