Tilted Uterus, U/S at 5 weeks told blighted Ovum

I am 6 week 5 days if I go by what the doctors say although I think I could be earlier than that.  My levels have been rising but they are not doubling.  They are inceasing by 2000 each time and then this last time it went from 7600 to 11000.  Before this last level check they did another ultrasound and said that it was a blighted ovum.  I had had some brown spotting.  I still feel very much pregnant and i'm not sure what to do.  I go to the doctor tomarrow and i know they are going to suggest a D & C cause that has been there suggestion from the get go.  I just want to know what you think.  They saw the circular gestational sac and the cyst that is on your ovary that nourishes the baby early in pregnancy.  When they did the vaginal exam they had to use a different instrument to see the cervix and still struggled cause they said it is almost inverted.  Should i wait it out or should i agree to what they say?

Do not agree to D&C just yet - there are lots of stories out there, especially among women with tilted uterus, when they could not see the baby until 8 or 9 weeks. Please take a look at this website: www.misdiagnosedmiscarriage.com.

I was in the similar situation and they didn't see my baby at 8 or 9 weeks, plus my hCG started dropping at that point. Only then I agreed to D&C.
