Waiting for miscarriage to begin! Need advice! Please

Hi so I was 14 weeks pregnant when my water broke. My doctor just discovered that I have weak cervix and will need cerclage for every future pregnancy and I recently had a stillbirth in February for same reason. Cervix opened sometimes internally and externally. So anyways, my baby heart was still breathing after I left the hospital theee days ago they weren't sure if the baby would survive bc I lost water and it could rebuild itself or result in miscarriage. It's been three days since and I don't know what to expect. I went full labor with stillborn at 21 weeks so this is different for me. They gave me vaginal pill to help induce me the first time and I'm thinking of trying the pill again as I hate surgery (D&C). No fever, bleeding or smelly discharge yet but my mucus plug is starting to come out. Gooey discharge sometimes clear and yellow. Idk what to do really.. what to expect and I don't want an infection. I'm starting to cramp in my back and occasionally different parts of my stomach but that's it no sign of miscarriage yet.
