What are my odds?

Where do I start? Well how bout with stats. I'm 32 first pregnancy was a surprise and had no problems besides my son showing up 7 weeks early which earned him a 4 week stay in the NICU. He's 9 and healthy and we've been trying to get pg since he was 4.  I have PCOS tried the clomid routine a couple of times to no luck. So now we're not "trying" to get pg but not preventing it either. Not on meds and my periods have been somewhat normal last few months.
Now my problem(s). On CD13 (7/1) had sex, later that evening saw little blood on tp. Next day saw some blood on tp, started wearing a pantyliner and there was a little showing on that. CD15 (7/3) started cramping, bleeding the same. Next day cramping more intense, next day more intense. CD19 7/7 still spotting and couldn't take pain anymore went to DR. They thought could be appendicitis or ectopic pregnancy. But since #s were a little off for the pregnancy we were leaning toward my appendix. But before DR would order CT scan ordered pg test just to rule that out. It came back positive for pregnancy and off to the ER I went since I'm having bleeding and pelvic pain. At the ER, confirmed pregnant but only 3 weeks my hcg at 400. They found I also have a UTI which is probably causing my pain and bleeding. They did u/s but couldn't see baby cuz too early yet but my tubes were clear, and some extra fluid in one of my ovaries that could have been a cyst bursting. They gave me meds for UTI and told me to do follow up in 2 days. So on CD21 7/9 went to DR they took blood to test hcg level and they're going to refer me to an OB. Still waiting on results of my hcg. My UTI is better, bleeding was almost all but gone. Today I woke up feeling almost normal. No tightness in my stomach, no bleeding feeling good. Then mid afternoon, I went to the bathroom and bright red blood when I wiped. UG! So now I'm laying down, wishing it to stop and googling on here looking for....I'm not sure what. Any thoughts?

I found out today that I did miscarry.  my Hcg dropped to 32 from 879 in a week. still going into Dr to make sure my number continue dropping. Figured this was gonna be the outcome. still hurts getting confirmation. heartbroken but not devastated. thanks for your support.

God i hope so honey,
but if u go ER sometimes they can prevent suspected miscarriage,
or if its too late then u may have a blockage in the cervix which is what happened to me (it was the placenta which had kept on growing) and the body will try to flush out the blockage causing heamoraging.

Please see somebody just to be sure, and let me know how u get on whatever u decide

Big hugs and kisses

Thanks Andie for your support. To update, Monday evening I finally quit cramping but I'm still bleeding. I'm assuming I miscarried. I called the OB I got referred to to make an appointment and they told me to go to the ER.  that if I was bleeding and cramping that I needed to go there. I didn't go figured at this point there was nothing they could do for my so why waste my time & money. so I waited until today to call back see if they got my paper to set an appointment. & they told me the earliest they could get me in was Aug 27th. I told them my situation again and they said didn't we tell u to go to er yesterday? that I'm not a patient of theirs until the Dr sees me & that until then any pregnancy complications I need to go to the er.  Oooo I was so mad. I'm made an appointment with a different doctor next week. Until then i'll hold on to the slim chance that perhaps 2 eggs got fertilized and one survived.

Hi Steph,
I'l be honest i'm not entirely sure whats happening i just wanted to wish you the best and hope you have good medical care,

if you're having heavy bleeding i suggest going straight to hospital and get thouroughly checked out to be on the safe side.

they say any bleeding in pregnancy needs checking to be sure.

All the best and i hope you get some clear answers
