What's going on?!

I need your help! I went in for my first u/s last week and the NP found the gestational sac but no yolk. My NP said she couldn't even measure the gestational sac. Based upon my LMP, I figure I was at least 6 weeks at that point....She said they would expect to see something by now :( I went in for HCG level test and the first shows I am 2500. I am still waiting on the results of the 2nd measure.
Has anyone had this or know what I could be experiencing?? Thanks for your help ladies!
