Wondering if Im experiencing a misscarriage

Hi all, so I was 11 days late. LMP was 10/13/16. Average cycle is 34 days and with those 11 days late I was a 49 day cycle. I wasn't having any of my normal period symptoms during that time. Just minor cramping. Until yesterday Sunday Nov. 27th. I woke up with what I think is my period. It firsr started as brown which is unusual for me.. I usually have bright red bleeding.. today is monday and now it feels like my period. I have passed clots. Some look bigger than normal. And im completely nauseated, threw up a few times and now feel a fever coming on.. am i experiencing a misscarriage? Help please

Also I forgot to mention I took a pregnancy test at 5 days and at 8 days both negative. My husband and I were not TTC it may have been unplanned if I were or was.
