advice please

Help...not sure what is happening.  Found out I was pregnant on 6/4 by doing 2 clear blue hpt.  On 7/4 dr confirmed by doing urine pt...4 weeks pregnant.  On 9/4 had some brown spotting in am.  In evening when going to toilet when wiping had some red blood.   This continued...only on 10/4 I rang gp and he told me I was miscarrying and just drink water.  On 11/4 no blood at all on 12/4 blood again.  I only had blood when wiping, didnt need a pad or anything, no spots in underwear, no loss in loo or clots.   I had no pregnancy symptoms ever except didnt have an appetite and missed a period hence doing test.  On 13/4 i did 2 hpt and both positive.   Went to drs in pm and they did 2 urine pt and both negative.  I had no bleeding on 13/4 just wanted checking and reassurance.  Dr said I had most definitely miscarried to carry on as normal as not pregnant!.  :-(  I did have period like cramps from 3/4 till 10/4 then nothing.  I have had no blood since 13/4.  This morning I have woken up with very sore breasts and have a white discharge.    Is this normal...have I miscarried or could I be pregnant.  Should I do more hpt or is it wishful thinking.  Feel a bit like im going crackers.  Any advice welcome.  Drs not very helpful or I would go there.  Thanks in advance

I wouldn't waste anymore $$ on HPT's because the HCG it picks up can stay in your system for weeks - even after you miscarry.
Seems weird you had no clots or heavy bleeding though...
I would get a second opinion.
