My ectopic expeirence was pretty much the same as yours. It was very heartbreaking. I did ttc afterwards. And I did have a healthy baby boy 3 years after my ectopic. Since having my son I have had a 2 miscarriages. I am still ttc after my lastest mc which was march 30 of this year. It has been really hard.
hey!
My scan showed an ectopic on my right F. tube which I had to have removed even though I had no symptoms of an ectopic (luckily) I was at high risk:-(
I went into surgery on the 3rd at 11pm. They had to remove my right tube but say the left is fine and i should be fertile & we can ttc as soon as I finish bleeding.
It is such a relief to know and not to be in limbo! I am still in pain from the op and am dealing with recovering but I am sure the emotional aspect will soon hit :o(
you mentioned you went through an ectopic- but have you ttc again since then?

Im sorry to hear what you are going through. I had an ectopic pregnancy back in 2004 and I wanted to tell you my expierence with that. I found out I was pregnant and I was spotting.. Every time I would step with my left leg I would have pain on my left side of my abdomen. That is where my ectopic was. It was in my left fallopian tube. So when I went into the doctor he was doing an u/s and couldnt see anything in my uterus at all. My numbers were still going up but not nearly what they should. He couldn't really look to see if it was in my tube or not. Although he could feel a lump of some sort when he pushed on my side, which did hurt. So by all my symptoms is when him and another doctors opinion decided that I should go into surgery immediately. From then on I had my fallopian tube removed as it was rupturing. Soooo from the sound of urs it doesn't sound like an ectopic pregnancy. I wasn't cramping or anything when I had mine. Just the pain on my side and a little spotting. I do hope the best for you. Good luck...

Hey you!
Thanks for your response. It sounds so awful what you had to go through. From your post you were cramping ( and presumably bleeding??) from the time you went into ER? And then constantly bleeding for so long :o( I hope it all goes well at the docs for you. I ope it is all clear and you can get back to your regular cycle. are you going ttc again? I feel I have the same story to tell as you- though my Ultrasounds have not come up with any sac or fetal pole etc and my HcG levels are very low. All I can hope is that the end isnt too bad and prolonged. I will ask tomorrow to check my fallopian tubes and ovaries as I should be 8 weeks and if there is an ectopic pregnancy I want them to check!!
I want to thank you again for your response as it is calming and comforting to hear from others.tc of yourself. lots of luck!
Hi hun, I wanted to share my story with you. I went for my first ultrasound on July 21st, I should've been 10w 1day. Measured only at 6w 2days. No fetal pole or heart beat, just "debris" like you. My hcg levels were around 35,000. On July 24th I started to spot brown. On July 26th I was in the ER due to very bad cramps and my hcg levels were around 18,000. On Aug 5, I passed the sac. About a week later my pregnancy symptoms started to go away, now they are totally gone. I am still bleeding, which is exhausting but going in to the doc in the next couple of days. I hope the very best for you, and make sure that you get everything checked out in the mean time (i.e. ovaries). Your in my prayers!
