You do really need to see a doctor, i am 6 weeks and 3 day and just started bleeding, really unhappy and scared, had a mc last year. Saw a doctor today, did a scan but i have fibroids so they couldnt see clearly, doing some blood test to check if still pregnant or miscarrying and will know by end of week.

I really hope you and bubby are okay. But it does sound like a miscarriage to me (I've only been pregnant once and the end result was miscarriage).. Cramping is a major sign. Spotting can be normal during pregnancy, but it's always best to go to the doctors to get checked out. Red blood is the main concern, and clots. Look after yourself girlie and keep us posted.:)

You need to see a Dr.  It could be a miscarriage.  (I lost 5)  You may need to stay in bed for a couple of weeks to keep this baby.  I almost lost the last one too.  Started cramping and bleeding - but Dr. told me I needed complete bed rest (get up to the bathroom only) and I was able to keep my baby.

I don't want to scare you but that is a major sign of miscarriage. But on the other side I bleed until I was four months pregnant with my daughter and she was healthy and born at 36-37 weeks.
