at risk pregnancy

I went to the ER Friday night they did a transvaginal ultrasound because I wus spotting a little n they sed I wus 5weeks bt the clinic I went to had told me I wus 7weeks so I'm not sure how many weeks I am bt the point is they told me I needed blood work done because I could be at risk of a miscarriage bt I believe I haven't had the symptoms I mean I get cramps every once n awhile bt I thought tht wud b normal I haven't bleeded or nausea nothing serious I'm takeing prenatal vitamins n everything bt the Dr sed it depends on my blood work I didnt understand wut he ment wen he sed if my hormones come back to 6000 its fine bt if its less thn I'm at risk a little help please am I at risk?? ?

s r u five or seen wks in? myself i am 6wk 4days i had altrasound at5wk 5days and no fetal pole or heartbeat yet my doc tild me that would begin in either wk six or even seven

Its fine bt no they haven't because its too soon they tld me bt tmrw their going to tel me the blood work results

hunny every pregnacy carries the risk of misscaridge especially in the first 12wks dnt thrwat sometimes some doctors just seem to scare us rwad ny blog on ths page 'nurse' and this happeed to me only yesrerday u have as much chance as any other woman for a healthy baby and a family hang in therw and be strong the wrst  thing u could do is stress or loose hope be strong for ur little one.have they found a fetal pole or heartbeat for ur bub during ultrasound?
