doc said to wait 30 days before sex or using tampons.

I had my d& c done on nov 29 and the doc said to wait 30 days before having sex or using tampons or anything like that.. I"m not gonna argue with the doc as I know my body needs time to heal.. he said I can start trying after 1 - 2 cycles.. so I'll probably gonna start trying at in feb or the end of January depending on how I get my periods...

I was told to wait until any bleeding I had stoped, I didnt have any bleeding and felt ok after a couple of weeks then resumed having sex
