genetic factors and IVF FAILURE

I am 31 old female transfered to IVF -ICSI due to male factor infertility(Hypogonadtrophic Hypogonadism).My fertility chek up was fine with no apperent problem.MYfirst IVFcycle with two emberyo transfer resulted in one baby.My seconed IVF cycle with 8 emberyos all of grade A and one of GRADE B resulted in one no implantation,seconed frozen transfer with early abortion and third frozen transfer with missed abortion.IS genetic problem behined our failure.DO we need the next time preimplantation genetic diagnosis before emberyo transfer? Does increasing the sperm count with drugs of my husbened gives better results, is that true?

I agree with nunu.  I'm sorry, I just don't know how much help we can be . . .  Did you try posting in the fertility forum?  Many women there are going through IUI's and IVF's.

By no means are we trying to push you out of here.  If you would like to stay with us you are more then welcome, I just don't know how helpful we can be in your particular situation.

wow I think this all might be over our heads. you may want to talk to your Dr about all this. I am unsure if there are any ladies on this forum that are going through IVF.
