has this happened to you and you still gave nirth to a healthy baby

So I just found out Friday that I'm 3-4 weeks pregnant . Well I started spotting , a little cramping . Ot bad at all . Got blood work done Friday . Hcg levels ... 45 miu then today got blood work done ... 31 miu . Went down . Am I going to lose my baby ?
