help worried about ectopic/ vs miscarriage

Please help. First u/s 6.5 wk found no gestational sac "changes in lining" noted. Hcg levels did not double or indicated viable pg. spotting.  Had emergency D&C and laporoscopy. Lapo ws negative for ectopic, and D&C tissue was sent to pathology. No am wracked with continued fear about possible latent ectopic. Going infor hcg level tomorrow and concerned that usually it can take some time to drop. So worried.....Trust my doc, her indication was mostl likely blighted ovum or early miscarriage not ectopic. Everything depends on hcg level tomorrow and path report. If up, and risk still there for ectopic she would give methotrexate. HELP!

Hi i suffered an ectopic december last year, my tube ruptured and had to have my right tube removed.  by the sounds if its not thought to be ectopic it cant really change as its ectopic from day one.... i had no idea mine was ectopic until 10 weeks gone when i started to get shoulder tip pains, felt dizzy, and collapsed....but if you have had the procedures you have and they havent found it to be ectopic id pretty much think they were right... hope all goes as well as can be expected!! good luck
